Amni has two producing offshore operations (IMA oil field and OKORO oil field in OMLs 117 & 112) in Nigeria.
The Tubu Field (OML 52), an NNPC - Amni OML 52 company (an affiliate company to Amni International) joint venture is being developed. Central Tano Basin Block is held by a subsidiary company, Amni International Petroleum Development Company (Ghana) Limited where we have an 85% working interest. Amni owns its own infrastructure including platforms, pipelines and an offshore terminal. Current production from the producing fields is around 22,000 bopd.
IMA
The Ima Field is located in the Western part of OML 112 offshore Port Harcourt. The field was appraised, developed and production commenced in 1996.
Okoro/Setu
The Okoro and Setu fields are located in OML 112, within 6.5km of each other. Okoro field was appraised in 2006 and production commenced in 2008. The Setu field is yet to be developed.
Tubu
The OML 52 Block covers an area of 246km2 and is located in the southeast Niger Delta. Within OML-52, Tubu Field is located offshore in very shallow waters (0-8m) in the mouth of the Andoni River.
Ghana
The Central Tano Block is in the Deepwater Tano Basin, offshore Ghana. It is bounded by the Jubilee Field to the east and the TEN (Tweneboa Enyenra Ntomme) Fields to the west. An exploration well is planned for Q2 2021.
